BeanJars is a marketplace platform that enables users to post listings and connect with other users. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, BeanJars is not the seller, buyer, agent, broker, or transporter of items listed by users.
You are responsible for your account activity, listings, communications, and transactions. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or to post prohibited items or misleading content.
Listings are created by users. You are responsible for verifying item details, condition, authenticity, legality, pricing, and delivery terms before making any payment or commitment.
Where online payment or escrow features are available, they may be subject to additional rules and policies shown during checkout or on the Refund / Dispute Policy page. Payment processing may involve third-party payment service providers.
For shippable items, delivery arrangements and timelines are generally between buyer and seller unless otherwise stated. BeanJars does not guarantee shipping performance or delivery outcomes unless explicitly stated.
We may remove listings, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, platform policies, or applicable laws, or that create safety, fraud, or operational risks.
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that listings will meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, BeanJars is not liable for losses arising from user listings, user communications, or user-to-user transactions, including disputes over quality, delivery, refunds, or misrepresentation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
