To protect users and comply with applicable laws, certain items, services, and content are not allowed on BeanJars. Listings that violate this policy may be removed, and accounts may be restricted or suspended.

Not Allowed (Examples)

The following are examples of prohibited items and activities:

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug-related paraphernalia
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and weapon parts (where restricted)
• Explosives, fireworks, and hazardous materials
• Stolen goods, counterfeit items, or forged documents
• Items or services that promote fraud, scams, or deception
• Hate, harassment, threats, or extremist content
• Listings that violate intellectual property rights
• Any item or service that is illegal, unsafe, or prohibited by regulation

Enforcement

We may remove listings, restrict visibility, block communications, or suspend accounts to protect the platform and users. Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent bans.

Reporting

If you see suspicious listings or behavior, please report it through the platform so we can review and take appropriate action.
